Getting in touch

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred city, treatment interest and, if you choose to provide it, telephone number. These details are used to prepare and respond to your consultation enquiry. Please share only the information needed to arrange an initial conversation.

Do not include medical records, photographs, detailed symptoms or other sensitive information in the website assistant or your initial enquiry. A suitable channel for clinical information can be discussed directly.

What happens to an enquiry

The form explains how your enquiry will be delivered before you complete it. If it opens an email draft, you must send that email yourself; preparing the draft does not send a message. Your email provider then handles the message under its own privacy terms.

When direct website email delivery is available, the form details are processed by the website and the email delivery provider, Resend, to send your enquiry to Dr Waqar’s designated inbox. The website does not create a patient record or store enquiries in a website database.

Contact correspondence may remain in the recipient’s email or messaging account so that your enquiry can be handled. For questions about that correspondence, contact waqar_mustafa1@hotmail.co.uk.

The website assistant

The assistant provides general website information and helps you find a suitable next step. It cannot diagnose a condition, decide whether a treatment is suitable for you or confirm an appointment without a connected booking service.

Conversations are held in the current browser page and are not saved as a chat history by this website. If the assistant indicates that AI replies are enabled, your messages and a limited recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The integration requests that responses are not stored, but provider security and retention policies may still apply.

Do not share confidential health information with the assistant. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for information about the provider.

WhatsApp and external services

Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp. Any message you send there is handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. Links to patient information or a future booking provider take you to the relevant external service, which operates its own privacy practices.

External messaging and booking providers are separate from this website. Check their information before sharing personal details.

Technical information

The website uses temporary request limits to help prevent misuse of the enquiry form and assistant. A hashed network address and request count may be held temporarily in server memory for this purpose. Hosting and service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.

This website does not add advertising cookies, external analytics trackers or browser storage for your enquiry or chat. It emits temporary interaction signals inside the current page, such as opening the assistant or choosing a contact route. These signals are not saved or sent to an analytics service. They exclude names, contact details and the text of questions or enquiries. Essential technical processing by the hosting provider is separate from those features.
