Single dental implants
A carefully planned option for replacing an individual missing tooth.

A single missing tooth.
One missing tooth can change the way your smile feels. An implant placed in the jaw can support an individual crown. Your assessment considers the gap, the surrounding teeth and gums, and the result you would like to achieve.
Dr Waqar plans implant treatment with the intended restoration in mind. The starting point is a conversation about your dental history and goals, followed by an examination and any appropriate imaging. You can then compare an implant with the other options available to you.
What to consider
Sufficient bone and healthy surrounding tissues matter. Surgery involves risks, including infection, changes in sensation and failure of the implant to integrate. Your individual risks, healing stages and ongoing care will be discussed before you decide.
General patient information: NHS information on dental treatments. Your own treatment advice follows an individual assessment.
A little more clarity.
01Is an implant my only option?
No. Depending on the gap and the neighbouring teeth, options may include a bridge, a removable denture or accepting the space. A consultation helps you weigh their differences.
02Can a tooth and implant be placed at the same visit?
Immediate placement may be considered in selected cases. It depends on the clinical findings and cannot be promised before assessment. Placement of an implant and fitting the final tooth are separate decisions.
03How do I begin?
Send an enquiry with your preferred city and what you would like to discuss. There is no need to decide on a treatment before your assessment.
