A full arch of teeth.
Full-arch treatment considers an entire upper or lower set of teeth. A series of implants can support a restoration across the arch. Whether this is appropriate depends on a detailed assessment of your health, remaining teeth, bone and treatment goals.
Dr Waqar has postgraduate training in full-mouth implant rehabilitation. Planning begins with the final restoration and includes the surgical stages, temporary arrangements and maintenance that your individual case may need.
What to consider
A fixed restoration and a removable implant-retained denture are different options. Each has its own cleaning requirements and possible complications. Immediate fixed teeth are not suitable for every patient, and no same-day outcome is guaranteed.

01What does All-on-X mean?
It is a term used for a full-arch restoration supported by a planned number of implants. The number and position of implants should follow your assessment, rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
02Do all my remaining teeth need to be removed?
That is not an assumption to make before examination. The condition and outlook of your remaining teeth, along with alternatives to extraction, should be discussed as part of the plan.
03Can I choose my treatment at the first appointment?
Your first visit is a chance to understand your options. Further imaging and planning may be needed before a full treatment proposal can be provided.
